The Botanicana

  • 1 oz. Lighthouse Hawthorne Edition Gin
  • 1/4 oz. Italicus
  • 1/6 oz. Coffee Fernum*
  • East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
  • Navel Orange Coin

*To make the coffee fernum: blanch almonds in water overnight, blend them with lime zest, lime juice, sugar, ginger, almond extract, cinnamon and touch of gin. After making the syrup infuse it with coffee beans.

Build cocktail in a tall glass with quality ice. Simple in looks but complex in taste.
