7K Distillery is located in Derwent Park (just 10 minutes from the Hobart CBD) since 2020 and houses a beautiful copper still that was created entirely by hand by Tyler. It was built with an ethos of environmental consciousness and waste minimisation.
7K is so named because all Tasmanian postcodes are 7000 numbers, hence, 7K. We are proudly Tasmanian and try to source as many of our ingredients and materials locally where possible.
