- 1/2 oz. Savoury / herbaceous style gin
- 1/3 oz. Violet syrup
- Dash of Balsamic vinegar
- East Imperial Superior Soda Water
- Long cucumber slice
- Grapefruit zest
Take a chilled short glass and add the gin, violet syrup and a dash of balsamic vinegar. With a vegetable peeler cut a long thin slice of cucumber, prepare grapefruit zest by removing all the pith with a sharp pairing knife. Slide both garnishes down the length of the glass and top with East Imperial Superior Soda Water.
